"Ein Fall für Dr. Abel" (A Case for Dr. Abel) is a German crime movie series (3 episodes à 90 min.) which has been produced and broadcast since 2018.

It is a film adaptation of the crime thriller series "Fred Abel" by forensic doctor Michael Tsokos and writer Andreas Gößling.

Plot: At first glance, the two cases have nothing to do with each other: In an Eastern European country, two bodies are discovered in a lime container, decomposed beyond recognition.
