Based on the script by Beate Langmaack, Dustin Loose is responsible for the direction, Clemens Baumeister for the camera as well as Jens C. Plot: Iris Berben plays 60-year-old Ebba, who is haunted by a disturbingly realistic dream: She gives birth to a bear cub. When she takes a trip with her husband Markus (Rainer Bock) to visit friends at the Baltic Sea and encounters a small traveling circus in which a lifelike bear is performing, the dream catches up with her again. Arne (Peter Mygind), the Danish circus director, gives Ebba the opportunity to make her dream come true - and lets her slip into a bear costume. Completely transformed, Ebba enters the ring with it, the costume triggers a profound change in her and soon reality and role become blurred for Ebba.
